Jessica Wilson, Esq.
Jessica is an associate attorney at Kalavruzos, Mumola, Hartman & Lento; her practice areas include: family law, residential real estate transactions, estate planning and estate litigation.
Jessica handles cases dealing with all areas of family law, including custody issues, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, domestic violence matters, prenuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements. Jessica also handles post-judgment litigation, including cases involving the emancipation of a child, child custody modification, child support modification, modification of alimony, child support or alimony enforcement, college contribution, and relocation applications, among others.
Jessica is also in charge of all of the residential real estate transactions in the office representing both clients selling their current homes and clients buying a new home. She represents clients during every step of the transaction from contract review through closing.
Jessica regularly assists clients with their estate planning needs by preparing essential estate documents, including wills, powers of attorney and advanced health care directives. Jessica has also assisted clients with contentious estate litigation matters.
Prior to joining KMH&L, Jessica served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Peter Warshaw, Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division in Mercer County and prior to that she served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Catherine Fitzpatrick, Presiding Judge, Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division in Mercer County. A graduate of Stetson University and Stetson University College of Law, Jessica is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Jessica is an active member of the Mercer County Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association. She serves as a committee chair for both the Hey I’m 18 Committee and the Mock Trial Committee for the Mercer County Bar Association. Through the Hey I’m 18 Committee Jessica visits local high schools to speak with the senior class about the rights and responsibilities of turning 18 in New Jersey.
Jessica is married with one child and she is an active member of Saint Mark United Methodist Church is Hamilton, NJ where she teaches Sunday school and serves on the Children’s Ministry Committee.
