Brian Duff is a partner in KMH&L specializing in personal injury, civil litigation and workers compensation. He has also handled municipal court and criminal matters, wills and estate planning, real estate (commercial and residential), commercial/business transactions and advice.
A graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law (1996) and Drew University (1993), Duff joined Kalavruzos, Mumola, Hartman & Lento in the autumn of 2015 after nearly two decades in both private practice and with other local law firms.
Duff was appointed to serve on the District VII Attorney Ethics Committee through the 2014 term. He was recently reappointed to serve on the Committee. Duff serves as the secretary of the Mercer County Bar Association. The Association named Mr. Duff its 2005 Young Lawyer of the Year. He is co-chairperson of the Association’s Continuing Legal Education Committee, and previously served as chairperson of the Events Committee and Chairperson of the Association’s Young Lawyers Committee. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, American Association for Justice, American Association for Justice-NJ and the Mercer County Bar Association.
Duff has been and continues to be a very active member of his community. Born and raised in Hamilton, Duff has served as president of the Board of Trustees for the Mount Carmel Guild, a poverty relief organization, in Trenton, where he now serves as a Trustee. He volunteers as a soccer, baseball and softball coach for his daughter’s and son’s teams local teams and he has previously served as vice-chairperson of the St. Ann School Board, in Lawrenceville, NJ.
